I used the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 for a long time before finally taking the plunge to buy this version, a lot of nice features within plus able to open and edit RAW files is a plus. I had thought of getting the more expensive CSversions but too costly for just an hobby type photographer, this works very nice!
The one thing it does do is reach to the internet and while I am at work our firewall makes it take a LONG time to start up, so I usually unplug my internet connection and then it fires right up and starts. Otherwise no other problems, running on a slower computer than recommended but it seems to work fine, so don't let that stop you from buying. My computer has XP and a 1.86 processor and 1 gig of ram.
